What now?
They had escaped the maze and were surrounded by sand....nothing but sand.
Where were they? What were they supposed to do?
The maze was only just the beginning.
The gladers are now faced with the scorch and how they get through it....it depends on them.
This is my interpretation and my version of the scorch trials including all the characters from book 1 which I wrote.
