Terra blinked. "Is this your way of proposing to me?"
"Would you say yes if it was?" Kai countered, looking like he was only half joking.
Terra smiled and gazed at the building behind her. The two of them sat on the steps of the school. The spring dance music could only be heard if you were trying to hear it. Terra thought about his question, hard. Even though she didn't need to.
"Yeah," she said, grinning like an idiot. "I guess I would."
