Kori also known as the Doktah was to be awoken in the Sarcaughigus Amiya and a couple other Operators were in Chernobog to retrieve him... although when reaching the Doktahs bed they could feel the temperature dropping. opening the lid of his coffin to reveal Kori... with a thick layer of frost on him. hie body so cold that touching him made there body's burn as frost nibbled around the room.

he was alive... but his heart beat was slow... this man's skin shattered like thin ice as a single finger would sink into his skin like a soft layer of snow. 

he was no longer the Doktah...

no he was the personification of the bitting cold. a body that shatters and reconstructs itself like a horrible frozen statue. someone who could make Tallulah's powers into nothing... 

yes he was the everlasting freeze. a plauge given human form.
