He focused on my eyes, and my eyes only, the amount of people rushing to my side didn't allow him to lose eye contact, he just kept staring. I didn't mean for this to happen, I didn't know it would end up like this. I remember talking to him the day it happened, he already knew, all I did was remind him of his past, the past I promised never to bring up.

He knew why I did it, he knew who I did it for, I denied it over and over again, but no matter what I did, it always led back to him, the boy with the most radiant smile, the boy whose eyes were acrimonious, yet, delicate; the eyes that softened the second he saw me, the eyes of someone I thought I let down. I did, and I always will love him, which is why I did this.
