Echoes Of Violence

Varun Shukla is a retired CBI officer who is currently working as a librarian. His routine life is disrupted when he saves a young woman from jumping before a train. He learns about her husband who is under debt of a loan shark, Ibrahim Khan, a notorious criminal who has terrorised the entire city because of his political influence. Ibrahim and his gang carries out a number of illicit activities without any hindrance from the law enforcement. His gang carries out activities like drug trafficking, runs pornography racket, extortion and what not. Ibrahim murders a business tycoon when he disagrees to pay him the extortion amount. He even gets the witness killed whoever tried to testify against him in the court. Ibrahim also targets a team of Narcotics Central Bureau (NCB) agents who came between him and his drug trade. Seeing the rise in crime rate Varun decides to stand for the woman when she is too assaulted by the gang. Unknowingly, while facing the evils of society he comes across his past, Bilal Khan, Ibrahim's uncle. Bilal used to carry out his drug trade across the globe just by sitting inside his highly secured skyscraper in a Middle East country.

Varun had faced Bilal's gang three years ago in Rome where he was investigating Habib Khan, Bilal's son along with a colleague. Habib was responsible for carrying out drug trade in Rome city of Italy. After he executes him he earns wrath of his father, Bilal after which the late kills Varun's colleague in order to seek vengeance against him. Now, Varun decides not only to execute Ibrahim but also Bilal who is the root cause of the entire operation carried out by the invulnerable
criminal ring.
