Evelyn rose is axls younger sister and when she was younger her parents had a divorce axl living with his dad in LA and Evelyn staying with her mum which decided to move to England.

But now fast forward Evelyn is now 19 years old and lives in England and has an apartment but she gets in contact with axl and they both decide that she should move to LA.

When she moves there she meets axls friends know as "guns n roses" a famous rock n roll band and she takes a likening to one of them called "slash" (aka Saul hudson)
