Klonoa, the dream traveler, hero, savior, those are many things he has been referred to in his many adventures across dream worlds. But he has certainly never been called a "Singer" before. But he has faced several nightmares, the personification of sorrow itself, and maybe even some eldritch nightmares too so he isn't worried. Klonoa will soon find himself completely out of his element. That element being music. In a world of music where music is supreme and music is both literally power and magic. It doesn't help that his magic wind ring isn't working.

From the second she was born she was given a power that could literally save or destroy the world. Due to unfortunate events of her past, her life wasn't the greatest. Right before she was adopted at age ten, she lost all her memories. After the adoption life seemed as normal as possible, besides a few fractured memories of her forgotten past. At the age of seventeen, she now goes by Rae and her only worries are trying to please her parents while also trying to live life the way she wants, forget these recurring nightmares, and survive life at her new school. At her new school, The Academy for the Gifted, Rae is faced with a few challenges by trying to survive high school like any other normal teenager with her two best friends. But in this new school with these new kids and friends, her past is starting to come back and because of it, she has to deal with new problems while also trying to figure out who she really is and the truth behind those fractured memories. -------------------------------------------------------- There is some swearing in this book so you have been warned. Expectations and a Golden Stitch-A DreamError/Insomnia Fanfic
Dream always felt the weight of expectations on his shoulders and they've only grown worse now that he's a Star Sans. Save this AU, rescue that person, stop Nightmare over there, and make X person smile! It's a never-ending cycle of tasks and he gets asked more about why he hasn't done it sooner or defeated his brother yet than thanked for what he accomplished. He feels trapped in this position and doubts if he didn't have his positive aura that anyone would care for him. Most like him for the joy he brings or what he can give them. Nobody around him ever feels genuine without a doubt in his head. Add in the stress of protecting one Star Sans(Swap) and keeping the other(Ink) from starting trouble and you have a positive guardian ready to break under expectations. Then you have Error, the destroyer of AUs. His reputation speaks for himself and builds all the expectations he needs whenever he steps foot into another AU. He's as bad an omen as a black cat crossing your path. Others assume he is bad because of his "freakish" or glitching appearance. He has accepted these but it gets tiring when he already has the voices bossing him around or Fate reminding him that he should do more destruction. But he doesn't limit himself to destruction. He watches UnderNovela, admires the stars, and appreciates what he can. He pushes the limits of what is expected of him or disregards them completely. A trait that Dream eventually finds himself admiring in him, the known enemy of his friend. He knows that Error's feelings are genuine since he doesn't change in his presence(still an angry manchild). So when Dream gets wounded and stuck with Error on a whim, where will it take them? Will it be a mistake remaining in a hatred of enemies or will it change them both for the better? Could this admiration open Error up to corrupting Dream or will he be the influence Dream needs to against expectations and live for himself?Complete
