Though he was heartbroken and wasn't able to find love because of Rias Gremory who betray him then he got killed by accident. But then, an unknown deity watches Issei's cruel fate and it decided to take Issei's soul and transfer him to the another world where Issei can be reborn as a whole new different person. Issei will be turned into a Humanity's Last Hope called Nikke, a female soldier were manufactured in fighting against the Raptures who are the enemies of the humanity. Also Issei's identity was changed into a girl and he or should I say she has a new name called as Rapi, The Red Hood.

But now, Issei or now known as Rapi will face her new enemies until she can go back to her original world where she is belong to and face her new enemies.
