Finding comfort in someone can be a challenge, but for as long as she could remember, Hae-e had always had Sim Jaeyun.
Entering the room after softly knocking on the door, Jaeyun let out a sigh, surveying current state of her room, Scattered markers, littered papers, and crumpled tissues were dispersed around as if they were placed to decorate the floor. He shook his head, pursing his lips, picking up a nearby trashcan, and began to collect the materials thrown on the floor.
"I was going to clean up, I just haven't had the time to," Hae-e croaked, keeping her focus on the workbook placed in front of her.
"I know," he hummed, placing the trashcan back down and neatly organizing the papers and markers on her stand. After he quietly approached Hae-e, wrapping her in a warm embrace as his jasmine aroma surrounded her.
"Please, talk to me," he whispered gently. "You've been so quiet all week."

I swallowed hard, my heart hammering in my chest. "That's usually how these things go."
Sunghoon's eyes locked onto mine, his hand coming up to cage me in, palm flat against the counter beside my hip. "You think a night with you would be enough for me?"
I couldn't move. I couldn't breathe. His scent was everywhere, suffocating and intoxicating all at once.
Sunghoon's face was mere inches from mine, and his intense gaze held me captive. My breath hitched as he continued, his words a soft, dangerous whisper. "If anything, it makes me want you a thousand times more. I want you all for myself."
