The Cost of Division || A Novella

Woolly Fern has always been on top.

She's a part of Coastline Colony, after all, who prosper due to the servitude of a neighboring Colony. Without her position of power within the Colonies, Woolly Fern doesn't know who she would be.

But a group of cats from Scrubland Colony have challenged the discriminatory ways of the Colonies and have formed a rebellion; setting in motion the beginning of the end.

Fragility is the cost of division. Inevitably, a divided society will realize the unfairness of it all. And pure chaos will ensue.

With the foundation of the Colonies crumbling apart and revolution on the rise, Woolly Fern must either sever her identity from her Colony, or suffocate beneath the rubble.
