Scorch was absolutely devastated. Leaving Sev behind was a tough decision for Delta Squad altogether. Then when they're given a replacement sniper, Scorch has a difficult time adjusting to this new change.

I have not read "Imperial Commando: 501st." hence this book will not follow that storyline. This is more so what I take away from the game and what I think would happen
For the sake of this book, the Battle of Kashyyyk that takes place in the game and book is a different battle from the final Battle of Kashyyyk. So they lost Sev midway through the Clone War.
Possible inaccurate depictions and overdramatizing of dealing with grief.
This is because I know I need to post something because I haven't written anything to put out to the public in a long time. And there's barely any Republic Commando Fics

Current word count: 226,788 WARNING: Depiction of injury ahead. I stumbled forward with my hands clasped over the wound in the middle of my stomach. How was I still standing? The pain was insufferable. The platform I was standing on was coated in darkness, endless rain pouring from the clouds and the waves deep down under the platform threatened to swallow the city in whole. The heavy cold drops were knocking against my head, but I felt something much warmer leaking from underneath my hands. I tried to push it harder, but there was no strength in my muscles. I almost tripped over my own legs. I heard a dull humming of some machinery as I dragged myself to the door. My legs started to shake uncontrollably when I raised one hand to push the door panel A deadly wounded young woman appears at Kamino and survives against all odds. Turns out Jedi order was missing her for several past years. But how did she appeared there and what happened to her meanwhile? And will she be able to find her place among the republic armies? And what about that trooper that she can't get out of her mind? The Bad Batch: Tech and Vel
During the Clone Wars, the Bad Batch is tasked with a variety of missions across the galaxy. An unexpected addition to their team throws a wrench in the mix, particularly for Tech, who finds a particular connection with the disillusioned Padawan-turned-mechanic named Vel. Let's be honest... this is a slow burn, cheesy romance with just enough immersion in the Star Wars world to give us all a little vacation with one of our favorite clones. No smut, just PG-13 romance and adventure. It's like a mix of Pride and Prejudice and the Jim and Pam dynamic from The Office. Also, I did my best to keep a steady plot line and tried to think of all the potential plot holes or questions or whatnot, but ultimately, this was just an excuse to indulge in imagining a little romantic adventure for Tech. A Padawan's Agony
Nerine Zaraq entered the clone wars a young padawan. Now after the loss of her Master Ima-gun Di, she is given a second Master, Obi-wan Kenobi. This story will follow the Clone Wars series picking up with S3E3. Will follow most of the original plot just adding a fem OC. The main emphasis of this fic is on friendships and how difficult being a jedi would actually be. Facing ptsd, depression, and the high expectations of a jedi padawan, Nerine fights to find balance within herself amidst the chaos.. TW: OC is going to have mental health issues and dealing with her emotions in unhealthy ways. There will be depictions of depression, SH is implied, probably a panic attack. Just some things to know don't wanna catch anyone off guard. I will have TW at the beginning of said chapters tho.

The Clone Wars end, Chancellor Palpatine is revealed as the Sith Lord and taken down by the Jedi, the chips are found and deactivated, Order 66 never happens and the Clones are finally given the rights they deserve for all they've done. All is well. And yet, the fighting doesn't seem to be over. A deeply wounded Republic, left reeling from a war orchestrated by its own leader, desperately needs someone to blame for the all the death and chaos in the Galaxy, the deception by the Sith and the suffering across the systems. With the true perpetrator dead, it eventually sets its sight on the Jedi and turns its back on them. The Jedi themselves, exhausted by the long years of battle and hardships, don't defend themselves while the Clones watch horrified as the ones who stood by their side throughout all the horror and bloodshed are scorned and shunned by the very thing they swore to protect.
