The plot revolves a mutated sorcerer that the turtles and Splinter attempted to stop from destroying the city but the evil sorcerer suddenly used the wrong spell on Michelangelo and send the turtle twenty years into the future where mutants are public enemy number one and things turn out to be bad in the future for Mikey's friends and family

The future brothers have changed for the worst and the family is no longer together ever since they thought Mikey perished and with the terrible sorcerer now ruling New York City with an iron fist

It's up to Mikey to help his brothers and get back to his own timeline and save the future before it's too late

The Ball went well until Mikey and Splinter got into a heated argument which causes his psychic powers to erupts and create chaos in the palace. From here secrets are exposed, chaos and drama ensured as the origin of Mikey's powers will cause a rift on those around him. She plans to avenge the Shredder by killing the turtles and Hamato Yoshi with her ninjas still loyal to the Shredder. While the story goes on and Mikey begins to lost faith and love from his family due to Misaki's toxic words, Can Mikey's brothers and Splinter help him through this ordeal or will Misaki Towa get her revenge by poisoning the one person who is the light of the family?
