Based off of when he went off as a vigilante.
The 7 users of OFA branched out of the quirk once it hit the singularity stage, and they searched for someone to house all their quirks, luckily they found a place in a quirkless boy. Note that he doesn't get OFA passed down to him, but he gets an altered version of it that he can use straight to 100% as the 7 users entering his body caused his body to undergo massive change.
Let's say instead of OFA reaching the singularity stage in Izuku it does so In All Might instead.

Off The Rails (BNHA x Male OC)
Namura Yuji was a normal 15 year old with a pretty crappy quirk. He's quite the trouble maker; a delinquent at school with questionable marks and friends. He starts running drugs for extra cash and runs into trouble when a group of scientists try to steal his delivery of Trigger (a drug that enhances the users quirk temporarily) off him. They release some sort of monster on him and to get away he injects himself with the drug, enhancing his own quirk. Except it isn't temporary, it sticks around. So now he's got a way better, not crappy quirk. Becoming a teenage vigilante is the logical next step, of course. Meeting Eraserhead was purely an accident and anything past that was just bad luck. (obviously I don't own bnha. I feel like all my stories center around U.A and school life so I wanted to shake things up with a character that doesn't enter U.A at all. I also wanted to work with a quirk that looks pretty unassuming at first.)Complete

The sequel to Izuku is a Therapist For Villains. This time in the reform program. Izuku has to deal with the eleven members of the yakuza that his friends (both hero and villain) had to fight at one point in their lives. Izuku becomes a therapist for each and every yakuza member of the Shie Hassaki. And they don't know exactly how to feel about the weird, overly nice therapist. And just like last time, they are treated to a sort of rehab facility in the middle of nowhere to try and reform them. If they fail the reform, they go back to jail.
