This angst/hurt/comfort story takes place five months after Splinter's death, following the events of Season 4 of TMNT (2012). Mikey runs away to April's farmhouse after being coldly berated by his brothers during a messed-up patrol. When his brothers go to find him, Mikey is struck by a giant, mutated snake while trying to protect some mutated gophers. This incident leads to another argument, during which Mikey finally lashes out at his brothers, venting years of pent-up anger and sadness. However, he soon becomes gravely ill due to the snake's potent venom, much to his brothers' horror. In a race against time, the brothers seek help from the mutated gophers, desperately trying to find a cure for the poison within five hours, or else Mikey will die. Through this challenging ordeal, the brothers come to understand the true value and power Mikey holds within the family, realizing just how close they came to breaking apart. They vow to do anything to make things right. Can they save their baby brother from an agonising death before it's too late? Will they be able to rekindle their brotherhood, or is this the end of the Hamato Clan?

Red Son has been developing something off of his fire powers, they seem to be more heated, even more for his own liking. At some point, he has an outburst and his fire erupts into colored flames which scares him, he swears that it even hurt him. Red son gets scared of himself and worries about his parents, not wanting to hurt them. So he runs away with as much as he could carry and runs into Mk. After some convincing Red son decides to go with Mk but the longer he stays the more feelings he catches for Mk, and the more risk of putting him in danger. all the art featured is done by me it's slow-burn but it gets there at some point :D
