It has been three years since Izuku Midoriya committed suicide. Katsuki Bakugo has tried his best to leave the past in the past and train to become the strongest hero, the best of the best. Now, starting his third year at UA, Bakugo is on track to become one of the most powerful new heroes on the scene.
But, there is something sinister brewing in the undercity. Heroes have started to go missing and crime rates have begun to spike at an exponential level. Could it be possible that a teenager is behind all the rampant crime and an underground, illegal fighter ring?
Bakugo is now forced to face the fact that his childhood friend, the poor victim of his bullying, the round-faced boy who always looked up to him in such admiration may not dead after all. Even worse still, Bakugo may have to face a monster of his own making.

This is my interpretation of the Villain Deku AU trope.
