Cassidy was gifted with what she calls the Stark curse. She was a prize to be won because she is Tony Starks child. From a young age, she was kidnapped by Hydra and was turned into a weapon the most potent assassin they had. Personally trained by the winter soldier.  She gets "rescued" by the Avengers and has to learn how to forgive her father, and work for them, but piques an interest in a certain speedster...

No one, until Winter walks through the door, and sees a girl that he valued like a sister come up the stairs to greet him and his new team.
