She wanted to end her life. And she'd been pretty sure that it would have happened, too. But he'd stopped her. She never hit the ground. And everything she'd been thinking about when she'd jumped just kept getting worse and worse. Another attempt was made, but again he'd stopped it. He cared about her too much to let it happen.
As they say, the truth can set you free, but many times, it's only what pushes you off the edge. Staying strong and hiding all the things she feels, she begins to feel better about living. Until everything gets out of control and breaks out of her control. It's what makes her finally give up. She finds a sure-fire way to make sure that she'll never live in this life again. But as she's about to go through with it, he gets in her way again. Funny thing is, he didn't even have to be there to do it. She'd done it to herself and she was in too deep to be able to stop that.
This is the story of Natalie Richardson and her hero. Her life story; or rather, her death story. And she never saw any of it coming. This is what you get from living in Metropolis.
