Bowser has felt terribly lonely for far too long, and his failed attempts at courting Peach have left him with no hopes at love.
Luigi also feels terribly lonely, and having Mario tease him about being single doesn't help either.

When Bowser goes missing from his cage in Peach's castle, Mario and Luigi must find him fast. With Luigi having terrible nightmares and Bowser trying to find a new beginning in love, they must trust a mysterious girl that claims to help them. Little do they know what she had in store for them.
