Aya Raiden, a girl who is a counter, a person who was born with power. Her life wasn't easy for her. Her family hated her because she was born a counter. When she turned 15, she was kicked out and started sleeping on the street until Callum Rees found her and take her to Enterprise Haven and enroll her at Enterprise University, academy for counters who main is to protect from monster invder knowns as "DEADMANS".

Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm. And as Mikoto will soon discover.. Ben's true powers.. completely unrelated to his esper ones... are quite out of this world...literally.. A 16-year-old girl named Ashlyn is starting her first day at Hillside Academy and she is really excited. But also really nervous - when she was younger, she was told to keep her ability secret and was called a demon. Her ability is a bit... particular. What exactly is Hillside Academy? You may ask. Well, let's start at the very beginning: In this time on earth, everybody has a special, supernatural ability and they are also put in ranks because of their said abilities. And because many people cannot seem to get control of their ability, there are special schools. Everyone has to visit a magic Academy at least once in their lifetime o else the won't be allowed to use their ability in any way and are given some type of blockage. There are thousands and thousands of Academies but there are exactly 3 Elite Academies, on the continent, Ashlyn lives. Heart Academy, Eagle Academy and... Hillside Academy.
