The world ended in 2029 when a huge comet was sent down the earth creating a scorching shockwave that wiped everything into oblivion. But in 2049 life somehow sprouted in the earth's surface and humans came back stronger than ever. Their technology was  more advanced and powerful. 

However, exactly 5 weeks later. Another planet was discovered   ; by a Spanish astrologer named Johan Fredricks. The government was intrigued by the newfound planet and decided to send 5 astronauts to investigate it.

But strangely, they never came back.

Now the government was more intrigued and now curious. 
"How?"
 They asked. 

Nevertheless they kept sending astronauts to the planet and they came back. Not a single scratch or bruise was found.

Now the government asks;

"Why and How?"

After 2 major wars against two galactic superpowers, and the Garmillas refugee crisis of 2205, Japan, a part of the Earth Federation, now is seeing true peace. The rebuilding process is happening smoothly, with cooperation between citizens from all walks of life, between the Garmillian refugees and Terrans, and even the famous Shinkansen Maglev system is also rebuilt. However, one day, the people on the land of Japan woke up to a foreign sight. No known constellation, familiar stars, the moon, and neighboring landmass could be detected. Facing them is a planet of unknown, magic, and of possibility. Facing the crisis of transference, the people united once more, and again, the name Japan is re-recognized as a country. Her diplomatic corps is sent out on the rebuilt Japan Cosmo Navy ships, heading toward unknown lands, and contacting the nations of the new world. The politic of the new world however is a quagmire full of arrogance, hostility, and imperialism. "If diplomacy fails, then defend ourselves, we must" - proclaimed the newly appointed provisional PM of Japan, Heikuro Todo. The story of Nihonkoku Shoukan Beyond will follow Japan in the world of Space Battleship Yamato (2199/2202/2205) after their transference to the new world. This story is inspired by the original NHS and fanfics like Summoning America by DrDoritosMD. It will feature similar plots to the OG NHS and the fanfics by other creators I have the pleasure to read. With this as my first English fanfic novel, please don't be too harsh. For a time, this is what these Gems would do, travel to a planet, destroy all of its biological life, and harvest the planet for it's resources. Such was their way of being: Life, Death, War and Birth. -------------- In the late 90's, the American government secretly unearths advanced machinery, deemed of "alien origin," and aims to weaponise it for their own gain. Their best minds struggle to decipher it however, and the project is shelved within Area 51 due to it being "too advanced." for the current minds. One man however, brings together a secret division of scientists, with the sole purpose of "making the world a better place". -------------- Fast forward to the year of 2013, and a young boy in a star shirt is rushing down the boardwalk while talking to three multicoloured women. This boy, as known by pretty much everyone in the town, was Steven Universe. After catching his breath slightly, Steven notices an older boy stealing a loaf of bread from a nearby grocery store. Determined to stop the apparent "criminal behaviour", Steven rushes into action, startling his three female companions, and soon all four are chasing the older boy.

The New World full of potential, Mysteries and new discoveries has given Earth an interest in the unknown elements that it had yet to understood poured effort into a lie they needed to mask their presence upon this new world. This act not only seeks to gain insight on the primitives reactions once in contact with a hyper advanced nation but also seeks to see how they would act upon being given the ideals of Earth However, with the Galman/Gamilan-Bolar War in full swing and with the impending threat of the Nebula Empire and other Galactic States that sees an opportunity where the superpowers are at war and a galaxy ripe for expansion War would sooner or later naturally find it's way to Earth. Will the New World be safe? Or bathe in the fire of Intergalactic War?
