Eren Jeager is a small coffee shop owner located in the heart of Florida. All his life, secrets upon secrets have plagued his mind. Never, not once, has he ever had peace. This continued to prove true time and time again, especially when he received an eviction notice for his apartment. So, gathering up his broken dreams, Eren sets out to find a job. But with barely any other job experience, this proved to be difficult.... Until he found an Au Pair job hiring in France.

His employer, Levi Ackerman, is a mysterious man. And the two children he has hired Eren to care for are gentle, but always tense and always have their guard up. It seems Eren is not the only one keeping secrets.

Especially once his stay at Ackerman Manor takes a rather dark turn. The Manor is a beautiful Gothic house filled with many extravagant rooms. But with this beauty also comes a darkness so deep and all consuming, it feels as if you can never escape.
