In a world where superpowers are the norm, the Philippines has launched a new initiative that is set to change the landscape of heroism. As crime rates continue to rise and traditional law enforcement falls short, the government has decided to implement a program that selects a chosen few to be trained as heroes of a higher caliber.

Serafin Tanglaw, a bright child, and one of the pioneers of these programs has to maneuver around the difficult life of a senior highschool student in the Heroics strand of San Andres Institute.

Through the new programs, he needs to face the great dangers of his line of work. Some people finds him weird for he merely grins and smiles whenever he must face the harsh reality of situations. He just laughs whenever they ask why he is like that.
