There are two main types of interviews conducted during IAS selection - preliminary interview and final interview.

Pre-interview: The pre-interview is also called "screening" or "self-testing". It is done by a panel of experts to assess the general character, qualifications and mental health of the candidate. The first interview usually lasts 30-40 minutes, and a panel of judges examines the candidate's communication skills, quick thinking, decision making, general knowledge and qualifications for the job.

Final Interview:
The final interview is also known as a "board interview" or a "personal test". It is done by a panel of experts to assess the general character, qualifications and mental health of the candidate. The final interview usually lasts 30-45 minutes, and a panel of judges evaluates the candidate's communication skills, mental health, decision making, general knowledge, and suitability for the job.
The main purpose of the final interview is to test the candidate's management, social and communication skills, leadership and problem-solving skills. The panel may also ask questions about the candidate's education and past work experience, current situation and vision for the future.

It is important to note that both the preliminary interview and the final interview are important stages of the IAS selection process and candidates should be prepared to be good at both interviews.
Candidates must respond confidently, openly and honestly while demonstrating their knowledge, skills and passion for the job.

You begin in the void and continue into the dark. You find light in the dark, but your path lights up the most in darkness when lightening strikes during a storm. I began in the calm, made my way through silence and then I encountered with the storm. Sampurnaa was perfect like her name suggested. Complete and perfect and flawless for the world. At the age of 24, fresh with a degree in mass communication and journalism, she's anything but quiet and submissive. Indrayan was a lawyer by profession. He never really liked someone else winning debates against him... At the age of 29, he's all set to establish himself more. And then paths collide. When two storms rise together, isn't disaster always inevitable? Time shall tell their journey... ...................................................................... 🔴 My first attempt at writing anything on Wattpad.🔴 Not cliché, not overly not cliché either. Mr. Raichand, you are my boss, not my therapist. I don't find it professional." I told the man sitting opposite to me in his black suit and thumb pressing his lip as he continued to look at me. " Shivanya, things have never been professional between you and me ever since you walked in for that interview. Since then, I have thought about you in seven hundred ways, none of which closely resonates with me being your boss or you being my employee." The thing is, he doesn't mince words outside the Courtroom. I am sorry, what?" I asked, shocked. " You heard me right for the first time." He did not repeat him words but continued to look at me, standing a few feet away from and looking intimidating just as ever. The thing was, I hated being looked at for too much. Much of this insecurity came from being curvy and not being comfortable under my own skin. But his gaze was something else. It did not make me uncomfortable in the way people usually do, it was almost as if he was looking at me. Not my looks or my work, but at me. " You fail to understand, sir. When I tell you that I don't want your help in something which is not related to work, I mean it. Apart from that, if I find myself in a difficult position in a case, I know where to find you." I took a step back and turned around to collect my laptop and bag to leave but his voice stopped me again. " I have been waiting for you longer than you know of it Miss Chopra. You will find out soon enough." His words sounded dangerously close to a promise, sending a shiver down my spine as he once again sat down in the chair next to where I was standing. " Have a good day sir." I hurried out of the Conference room once I had everything. Ignorance is bliss, until it is not. She knows of it. He knows of it. He accepts it, she does not. They are not opposites but they are in no way similar either. But the real question is, will she acknowledge it?

"So you approached me without being aware of my identity?" He asks me, while raising an eyebrow. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. It takes me a while to compose myself and form a sensible reply. "Yes, I wasn't aware of your identity." "You might think you can fool me, but trust me, this has happened quite a few times before as well." He says with a very serious expression. I'm baffled by his accusation. This man has the audacity to question my intentions when he's the one trying to converse with me all along. I don't know what comes over me, but whenever I'm overwhelmed with anger, it turns into tears. And before I can compose myself, I taste the salty tears in my mouth. I take a few deep breaths, place the cup on the side table and get up to leave. "Thank you for your hospitality and your excellent assessment of my character. I will now take your leave." With that, I turn to head towards the door but he grabs my hand and pulls me towards him. Characters: Ameerah is a happy-go-lucky 23 year old who has recently graduated from med school. She is an optimist with quite a rosy view of the world. She is far from perfect. She has her faults; some she's aware of and others, not so much. She's stronger than most in some ways, weaker than many in others. Sebastian McArdle is a Consultant in General Surgery at the Royal London Hospital. He's one of the youngest and most accomplished surgeon in town. To an outsider, his life would seem perfect. He's young, handsome, successful, rich and hails from one of the most respected families in the country. But life is not always what it seems to be. He has his own set of problems. As Our Holy Qur'an states Surah An-Nisa, Verse 28: Allah desires that He should make light your burdens, and man is created weak. Follow a story of trials and errors, to finding her path to love, and to Life.

I was not a studious girl when I was forced into medical field because of my father who always expected the best from me. I didn't realize becoming doctor became so dear to me that it turned into a passion instead of a escape from my broken family and that's when I saw him again.. He made my heart beat a little faster but broke it just as everyone did and left me 5 years ago without any warning and stormed back in my life without one too. It was decided that i won't let him ruin me again but chip by chip the walls of my heart fell away seeing his efforts and that Infuritaingly handsome face. Should I let him in my life giving him a chance to prove himself? Or stick to the stereotype of "all men are same"? " I loved you" She whispers, the hand I'm holding cold against my skin. I stroke the skin with my thumb once, trying to get her eyes on me and then she looks at me. Hurt eyes look at me and in that moment I wanted her to look away because of the hurt evident in her eyes. After 4 years, seven days and something hours, she finally looked at me. "I know." I whisper back. "You still left me alone to fend for myself." My grip tightens on her hand. "I know. But I want to make things right. Do you think you can give me one chance?. " Ps: this story is of Isha mehra, sister of ishan, the main lead of my previous story, the setting of both the books is completely different and they are not interconnected. But if you want to have a better sense of characters that might be same as the previous book, you should read that first and then continue with this. But it can also be read as a standalone. Thank you for reading till here. Happy reading<3
