Cricket is a game of power, skill, and strategy. One of the most exciting aspects of cricket is when a batsman hits a big six. A six is a shot that clears the boundary rope without touching the ground. Over the years, we have seen some massive sixes that have left the stadium and landed outside the ground. Here, we take a look at some of the Longest sixes in cricket history. Shahid Afridi (Pakistan) - 158 meters
Shahid Afridi is known for his explosive batting and is often referred to as the 'Boom Boom' Afridi. He hit the longest six in cricket history during a match between Pakistan and South Africa in Johannesburg in 2013. The ball was hit 158 meters, which is equivalent to 173 yards.
2.	Brett Lee (Australia) - 135 meters
Brett Lee was not just a fearsome fast bowler but also a handy lower-order batsman. During a match against West Indies in 2005, Lee hit a massive six that traveled 135 meters.
3.	MS Dhoni (India) - 112 meters
MS Dhoni is one of the greatest finishers in cricket history. During a match against Australia in 2013, Dhoni hit a six that landed on the roof of the stadium. The ball traveled 112 meters before landing on the roof.
4.	Chris Gayle (West Indies) - 111 meters
Chris Gayle is one of the most destructive batsmen in cricket history. He has hit several Longest sixes in cricket history.during his career, but his longest came during a match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Pune Warriors in 2012. The ball traveled 111 meters before landing outside the stadium.
5.	Mark Waugh (Australia) - 110 meters
Mark Waugh was one of the most stylish batsmen of his era. During a match against New Zealand in 1997, Waugh hit a six that traveled 110 meters.
6.	Martin Guptill (New Zealand) - 109 meters
Martin Guptill is known for his hard-hitting ability. During a match against South Africa in 2012, Guptill hit a six that traveled 109 meters.
