Kennedy has two lives. One in the Hamptons every summer with her family and best friends. The other in Gulf Shore Alabama for the school year. With summer over and school just starting Kennedy gets an unexpected surprise: Billy her brothers childhood best friend/college buddy and her forever crush moves into Gulf Shores with his family from the Colorado. His presence causes big problems with everyone she knows. But since her mother died right before school started back she needs Billy more than ever.
