A five year old girl named Mindy went missing in her hometown of Houston. She was known to be a sweet and shy little girl with a loving family. Her soul got trapped inside of a sun animatronic at a popular restaurant called "Freddy Fazbears Mega Pizzaplex." She doesn't remember how she died or what happened to her before she was alive. She tries to leave the Pizzaplex but something is keeping her from leaving, but she doesn't know why or what is keeping her there.

Follow Mindy as she uncovers the secrets in the Pizzaplex and the killer rabbit that hides in the shadows.... coming for her.
