Sophie and Fitz decide to sign up for the Match together, but there's a catch. If you're in a relationship, you have to undergo a test to see if you're compatible for the Number One Match. Sophie is hoping for a happily ever after, but when she receives the letter about Fitz's eligibility, it's not the news she was expecting.
The letter reveals that Fitz is not eligible as her Number One Match. It explains that they don't complement each other and simply cannot be matched. Devastated and confused, Sophie thinks there might be a mistake and tells Fitz. However, he is furious and breaks up with her. Heartbroken, she tries to understand why it wasn't meant to be. Along the way, she discovers who truly has her heart.
