Will Y/N fix her bonds and friendships with some people? and most importantly, what'll happen to Guzma and team skull?

I just made the story which is not along the story line of the game or show. Also the ages of the characters will be different too. The day had finally come for (y/n) to leave for Kalos. This was supposed to be a great day even if it was going to be full of farewells. There was just one thing that (y/n) had to do before leaving though.
