It's been close to 250 years since the last Jolteon was seen. It seems there are no thunder stones left, and most have forgotten about the existence of the Jolteon. However, one day, a small group of two explorers found a singular thunder stone. They kept it a secret, but one day, someone found out about it. The two fled their home, leaving behind their only son, and the stone.
