Clandestine - Planned or done in secret, especially describing something that is not officially allowed. ~ Isabelle Winchester has always been a wild card in the Outer Banks. A Kook by birth but a Pogue at heart, she spends her days ditching country club brunches to surf with the Pogues, earning her a reputation as the black sheep of her elite family. Her carefree, eccentric charm keeps people guessing, satisfying her desire for control. Rafe is volatile, unpredictable, and everything Isabelle should stay far away from. He's the epitome for everything she despises about the Kooks. But when a series of dangerous secrets forces them into close quarters, their fiery hatred gives way to something far more dangerous: passion. Their relationship is forbidden-by their friends, and the unwritten rules of the Outer Banks itself. Hiding in the shadows, they walk a tightrope between their growing connection and the chaos threatening to consume them. Isabelle knows she's risking it all-her lifelong friendships, and her carefully curated reputation. Loving Rafe means she could lose everything-or finally gain the missing piece to her punctured soul. Rafe's darkness runs deep, and Isabelle's loyalty to the Pogues is a line she swore she'd never cross. When betrayal and heartbreak hit harder than hurricane agatha, Isabelle must decide if their love is worth loss. In the Outer Banks, secrets sink ships, and not everyone makes it to shore. ~ Rafe Cameron x Fem oc Start- 07/12/2024 Finish- TBD
