Abandoned on a strange island as a child with no memory of her past life other than her name, Delilah learned to survive all on her own with haunting trials, poisonous plants, and an unknown creature lurking about. However, she never feels alone. A calming voice speaks to her in her dreams, telling of familial ties to ancient power and a strange connection to the creature that hunts the forests and reigns terror over all life on the island. The Fertility Mark (Book 1)
NOT EDITED VERSION. Delilah got a huge responsibility on her shoulders at the age of 17 when her parents died. The responsibility: her seven year old sister, Alice. Yes, like my characters you may be left wanting more. Good stuff takes time, give this book a try. Additionally, I started writing this book while I was fresh out of High School, I am now a junior in college. While the writing was not necessarily bad, it has improved greatly with the more recent chapters.
