There is a new trillionaire, Sashaleigha Hightower, giving Maura a difficult time with funding sources that Maura needs to continue the Isles Foundation so the  Regency Clinic can help low income patients.  Jane, Katelyn and the others come up with a plan so the clinic can serve low income patients.  The clinic can stay afloat with other patients but she started this clinic to help low income.  She quit her job she loved as the Chief Forensics Medical Examiner for Sacramento County and other counties in California. She can always go back their even part time to work there. The  governor has been asking her ever, since she resigned.  Dr. Berman on handles Sacramento only. He doesn't have the experience to do all what she did.   What will Dr.  Maura Isles do? New marriages, a divorce, hurtful words stated and assaults occurred.

Its one of the few clinics that don't turn people away. It's located in Sacramento has affordable medical services for low income people. I have several volunteers, paid interms and paid employees work come the Regency. I recently purchased a gun and now are taking classes through one of the local gun stores. Jane Rizzoli is a good friend of mine and suggested I take her concealed carrier class. She is a former Boston Detective but now is known as international criminal attorney and speaks several languages fluently as well as write. I am at the gun range that I own in Lake Tahoe . I bought a kinder 9mm. recently and gun supplies that was on the list for me to have and use.

Maura misses Boston because of her colleagues and the Rizzoli family she has been friends with for years. She moved here to get away from her bilogical father, Patrick aka Patty O'Doyle the leader of the Irish mob in Boston. Katelyn told her all of the Rizzolis finally moved here too and having excellent jobs here. This is why she finally moved here.
