Ethan Blake was definitely feeling homesick after moving to Chicago from New York. The city's energy and entertainment were sorely missed, and the transition to a new school proved challenging. He mostly kept to himself and just listened to music, until...

Noah Bright was a bright, cheerful, and sociable young person who enjoyed interacting with others. He was thrilled upon learning that a new student had joined his homeroom class, hoping to forge new friendships. Despite knowing most of the students in high school, Noah occasionally felt lonely and craved companionship from new people.

Mary Wilson and Noah are good friends, but Mary doesn't seem to click with Noah's other friends. Additionally, she didn't seem too excited when she found out that a new student would be joining their language class. Mary is generally more reserved, but still more talkative than Ethan.

Michael Carson has earned the reputation of being a school bully. His interest was piqued upon learning that a new student would be joining, providing him with the opportunity to bully someone other than the usual targets he picks on.

Michael's sister, Emma Carson, is always there for him, standing by his side. If anyone ever bothers her, she turns to her brother for assistance to bully them back. Although she still bullies people like her brother, she feels regret and guilt deep down. On the surface, she appears to enjoy it and feels no remorse.

Elizabeth Blake is an animal nerd with an extensive knowledge of various animal species. She has a vast collection of animal books that she revisits frequently and reads day and night.

Pearl Anderson is a shy kid who is also a poet, a story writer, and an artist. When she she Ethan she thinks he would be good friends with her and maybe have things in common. Pearl also likes listening to music and her favorite is Melanie Martinez.

Title: For Him, I Stayed Written by Sean - Photo not mine! Credits to the rightful owner! (This was originally named as "Love Her, Not Me") "He searched the world for love, never seeing it with him all along." Ray and Matthew met as freshmen in high school, instantly bonding over shared interests and a quiet understanding. Ray, the younger of two siblings, lived under the shadow of his older brother, Skyler, a well-liked, confident student who later pursued a medical career and married his high school sweetheart, Avilian. Matthew, in contrast, was an only child but had a sprawling network of cousins who filled his life with constant chaos and fun. During high school, Ray struggled with self-esteem. He was bullied for his appearance and withdrawn, relying on Matthew as a pillar of support. Despite Ray's insecurities, his gentle humor and genuine nature made him shine in Matthew's eyes, even if he didn't initially recognize the depth of Ray's affection. As they navigated high school, Ray secretly fell in love with Matthew, confessing his feelings not once, but three times, each time hoping for a different answer. Each rejection stung more deeply, eventually leading Ray to withdraw, hurt yet unable to forget. Now in their third year of college, Ray has grown from the insecure, pimpled high schooler into a confident young man with a striking new appearance. Meanwhile, Matthew, who once viewed Ray as just his best friend, finds himself missing the old closeness and wondering if he might have taken his friend's presence for granted. Caught between old heartbreak and new realizations, the pair stands on the edge of a shifting friendship that may yet bloom into something unexpected. Sean Owens: a stoic, popular jock that's mostly known for his sporty lifestyle and his good looks at his school. No one -not even his closest friends- know he's gay, but he's never tried to hide it, just never tried to show it either. The one person that he thought he would tell about his sexuality was the same person that made him realize it, but that person stopped talking to him soon after he moved. It had been so long he couldn't even remember what his face looked like. But he didn't matter now, what mattered now to Sean was to get through this last year of highschool, and to get into college. Simple as that, it wasn't like his past crush was going to randomly appear in his school or something. Will Sin-Nombre: a Hispanic, jokester that comes from Catholic family, and had to be homeschooled after a rather serious fight that may have, or may have not earned him a trip to the hospital, and some minor memory loss. He thought he would be homeschooled again this year, but his parents had found him a school that would take him. Usually, Will would ease right into any situation quickly, but this school isn't like the public school he went to before, and he wasn't completely sure what he thought about his rather attractive, yet super familiar looking classmate. (Side note) This is a fanfic of Popularity by Adam Bagdasarian and this story is just a fun idea me and my friends came up with so I'll see if I continue it as it goes. (Also the cover isn't mine)

***** Emma Pear knew she wasn't the most popular girl in high school. Her nose was usually buried in a textbook, and her grades were as spotless as her reputation for always following the rules. "Nerd" was a label she'd long since embraced. Her parents, determined to keep her on the straight and narrow, packed her schedule with violin lessons, shifts at the local animal shelter, and tutoring sessions for elementary school kids. Emma barely had time to breathe, let alone experience "normal" teenage rites of passage like parties, late-night hangouts, or even just goofing off with friends. So when the captain of the football team-the captain-unexpectedly asked her to the school dance, Emma saw a glimmer of a different life. She practically begged her parents, and to her shock, they actually said yes. She had no idea that one night, under the glittering lights of the gym, would rewrite her entire story. Blake Black was the kind of high school loner who radiated an almost magnetic quiet. Girls whispered about him in the halls, drawn to his mysterious aura and the fact that he rarely spoke to anyone. Most of his time was spent wrangling his hyper little brother, Alex. Their parents, a brain surgeon and a heart doctor, were perpetually busy, leaving little time for their growing boys. His parents made it clear attending the school dance wasn't optional. They just wanted him to "act like a normal high schooler" for a few hours. Blake's plan was simple: show his face, then ditch the minute he decently could. He brushed off a parade of hopeful girls, already counting down the minutes until he could escape. But then he saw what happened to Emma. And unlike everyone else, he couldn't just stand by and watch.

Jace Summers is someone who is always true to himself no matter what anyone else thinks of him, and he's proud of who he is. He has pastel pink hair, stunning deep brown eyes, and a sweet and silky voice that makes all of the girls swoon. Too bad he's gay though. He has been out since seventh grade and is thankful he has never gotten hate for it, not that it would have bothered him anyway. Alec Walker is someone who everyone knows and likes, though he doesn't consider himself to be one of the popular kids. He has brown hair, hazel eyes with the perfect mix of brown and green, and his side profile could make angels swoon. Neither of those two boys seem very different from each other, both are kind, well-liked, and very handsome. Even if they aren't friends, you wouldn't expect them to dislike each other. Well, sadly that is incorrect. Ever since they can remember, they have each hated each other with a burning passion. Jace thinks Alec is a jackass know-it-all, and Alec thinks Jace is annoying and throws his personality in everyone's faces. Those seem like very small or petty things that they could easily overcome by having a conversation, but both are too stubborn for that. It is a mutual hate that neither will give up. But when one day they get news that seems like the end of the world... it turns out to be the best thing that has happened to both of them. Not at first, but with time. *Has been edited for grammar and general cringe! (And is miraculously one chapter longer than it was originally!)

"I walked over to where Aaron was sitting on the ground, kneeling so that I was face-to-face with him. He was wearing a blank expression on his face so I guess he didn't really care if I kissed him or not. I took in a deep breath before taking his face in both of my hands and swooping down to kiss him. At first, I was so nervous I didn't realize that we were already kissing but after a few moments, I realized how soft his lips felt on my own. Before I can register it I felt him moving against me. I would have gotten off of him but I realize that he wasn't moving to get away from me. No, He was moving his lips against mine." °°°°° Aiden Moore isn't extraordinary. He has average looks, he is OK with sports, and his only strong point is that he is smart (although that doesn't mean much to his fellow classmates). And, of course, his virgin ass has never had a girlfriend, let alone a crush. It seemed as if he would never find someone. That was until he met her, Scarlett Hale. She was the most beautiful girl you will ever meet. Kind, sweet, and one of the few people with a higher GPA then him, she was amazing and Aiden imagined that she would be all his. Once Aiden gets rid of her boyfriend, Aaron Tyler. The most annoying guy you will ever meet, Aiden gags just thinking about him. The man is smoking hot and makes Aiden's dreams of getting the girl to seem very impossible. So what would happen if Aiden gets involved with the wrong person? Will Aiden get the girl? Will he fall short? Or will he fall into the arms of a guy who is in love with the girl he loves? _______________________________________ WARNING: First book EVER!
