Carlos di Gunga of the Aquarius Chapter interrogates a criminal supposedly responsible for the downfall of an entire civilisation. And Liúlàng Zhě of the Draconis Chapter seeks to defend a technologically deficient nation from the threat of invasion.

So now we have a lot more problems to survive than radiation. There are two parts of the island. Inside and outside. Simply heaven and hell on the same island.
