The story is about Ran Kitsuky, half-vampire and half-angel. Her father was a "pure blood", one of the first existing vampires at the beginning of time. Her mother was originally an angel but lived her last centuries among humans. Her older brother was just like her, but more vampire. Ran and her brother only knew their mother as a human.

   Ran, a monster in the eyes of humans, was forced to serve and protect those who destroyed her family. She was to never leave the premises of the castle Rilavis or the kingdom of Magrils. She couldn't avenged her family, her fathers last words were "Ran, promise me that you will not seek vengeance. You will concentrate yourself on finding your brother and prove to the humans that not all vampires are evil creatures."  

As time passes, Ran quest will grow and so will her powers. She has a goal to reach. Will she be able to discover the truth about herself and her family? Or will the darkness destroy the world and everyone in its path?
