In the sixth and final book of the series, Book six, Colin must find and help his cousin Eliza harness her newfound powers of a judge. Meanwhile, they must face Conway and his consort the fallen angel Asherah. Conway has signed a bill outlawing judges and has shut down the black files division, calling them terrorists and gaining favors in order to be elected President.
