Would you turn your back on Love? Or would you fight to the ends of the earth? Rachel Moon has figured out her answer to that very same question. Follow her journey and maybe you too will find your own answer. Rachel: The shadows of the looming full moon cast an eerie chill over the sleepy town of Pilar, Idaho. Everyone nestled in for the night, kids asleep in bed, parents kissing each other before turning out their lights and falling into dreamland.... I on the other hand will NOT be sleeping anytime soon. I just moved here from North Carolina right after moving from California to North Carolina... But I'm getting ahead of my self. We should start at the beginning of this story where my world collided, burned, and then... Well you'll just have to read to find out.

"That's strange," I said thoughtfully. His brow lifted. "What is?" "I always imagined that if fiction ever stepped out of a book, it'd smell like paper. Or ink. Or something like that." I studied him with exaggerated disappointment. "But you smell human. I feel misled." His lips curved - slow, deliberate. Dangerous. "Oh, love," he murmured. "I may not smell like ink..." His steps slowed. "But I assure you," he continued, leaning closer - not enough to touch, just enough to make my pulse stutter - "I taste like it." Heat rushed to my cheeks, the blush spreading like wildfire as I stared at him, utterly shocked. "If you doubt me," he said softly, eyes dropping to my mouth, "there's a very simple way to confirm."
