"You could hear the loud cheers celebrating the singer's latest single's award coming from the TV in your living room. Your boyfriend never missed these prestigious music shows so you were used to hearing the staticky applause and emotional speeches every now and then. This time it was a little different. The singer stepping onto the stage sounded a little too familiar. It reminded you of the one person you hadn't been able to get off your mind. Leaving the turkey sandwich you had been making abruptly on the kitchen table, you walk to the living room intrigued and see the man that you had spent last summer with dressed in a tightly tailored black suit. He looked different. Maybe it was the lack of salt in the wind but his hair looked tidier. His tan had faded, yet his recognizable bunny smile and big glowing eyes had not changed one bit." Jungkook stared at me-his eyes dark, wild. Not the boy I knew. Not even close. He was trembling. Breathing hard. And in that moment, I saw it: the real danger-the kind from violence, from breaking completely. Then... a shaky breath escaped him. His gaze flickered to my face-to my tears-and just like that... he gave in to the anger. In one move his hand was at my throat, dragging me up to my feet and pushing me towards the door. "I TOLD...YOU...TO....LEAVE!" and with one hand he opened the door, the other, still clenched to my neck, pushed me outside, throwing me on the cold floor. I hit the floor hard, gasping as the air left my lungs. My hands flew to my throat-still tingling from where he'd gripped me-but more than that... it was him. The look in his eyes. That coldness. The rage. It wasn't just pain-it was hate. And for a second... I believed he hated me.
