Sofia, James, and Roland are visiting Prince Hugo and his family in the kingdom of Albuquerque. James convinces Prince Axel to join him in finding the treasure of the Sapphire Snake, but it turns out that there's an actual Snake guarding the treasure! When James and Axel get to the Sapphire Snake's den, they end up falling into a trap, and their fathers end up joining them! When Sofia and Hugo find out that the Snake had set a trap, they go journey through the rain forest to find the secret entrance to the Sapphire Snake's den. But when they face the Maze of Warriors, they feel as if they can't save their brothers and fathers. Luckily, Sofia's magical amulet summons a special warrior to tell them that they're stronger than they know.
