Ember is the personal servant of the Firelord's children , over the years he becomes close friends with both of them . To Azula , he is her only "normal" thing in her life and she treasures him , treats him with kindness and equality . The firelord notices this and sees it as a weakness that could be exploited by his enemies , therefore when he banishes his son on a dead-end hunt , he sends Ember with him. 

Ember joins Zuko on the hunt for the avatar but tends to agree with Iroh on many things . When Azula joins the hunt , Ember  is torn between helping her and helping Zuko but they have their moments when Zuko returns to the fire nation and the romance between the two blossom.

If I could officially write a canon story that would allow Zukka to happen it would be this one and it takes place right after the comics. The New Ozai Society has once again been reformed but this time by a new familiar leader. During the Fire Festival Fire Lord Zuko hosts one of Team Avatar's members gets kidnapped. The rest of Team Avatar goes on a journey to save them. During their journey Katara unlocks a new terrifying ability in a life threatening fight, which completely reveals the hidden secrets exposed in Legend of Korra. Meanwhile on the journey Zuko and Sokka grow so close, unclear by what they might discover forced to look into themselves and find a brand new meaning of what love truly is. Once everyone thinks the journey is over something way worse occurs which may result in another World War. The positive and horrendous things discovered by Team Avatar will shape the future of not just the Fire Nation, but the whole world. Disclaimer: There will be serious topics being discussed, violence, and some sexual activity.

After being somewhere she was told not to be, she ends up being abducted by the Fire Nation Army. Being dragged back to their homeland, she happens upon the opportunity to work within the Firelord's palace as the Prince's attendant. Being the same age as the Prince, Zuko, the two become friends. But as time passes, (Y/n)'s feelings for the Prince chance as well. Now she is conflicted by the idea of being a mere servant and in love with the Prince, along with the fact that back home in the Northern water tribe her best friend and arranged fiance waits. When Makki, Zuko, and Iroh became fugitives from the Fire Nation and refugees inside the Earth Kingdom, Makki had no choice but to help the lost prince find his way onto the right path. But in the end, Makki will find that it's tougher work than she first anticipated, though, she figures out how to connect with the prince and may even develop feelings for him. Fire Lord Azulon was one of the very few humans aware that this folklore was more than a mere legend, although slightly altered, but factual. He sought out dragons and in one of his searches he found a Child of the Forest with a Fire Element by sheer unfortunate luck and after defeating her, he imprisoned her. (Y/N) was seen as the key object of victory within the Fire Nation and a driving force of power to their legacy and supremacy but to Zuko she was not a weapon of mass destruction or a spirit creature; she was so much more. As the Sozins Comet approaches and the Avatar Aang prepares to face Firelord Ozai with the help of his friends, it's clear that Zuko and (Y/N)'s paths are more far apart than they know.
