After her beloved grandfather passes away in the night, (F/n) (L/n) develops a void in her heart.

As the years pass, she's stuck in the city at a dead-end job, and she becomes increasingly unsure about what the future holds.

However, grandpa left behind an enclosed envelope that will change her life forever.

It leads her to leave everything behind and start a new life on a farm in a place called Stardew Valley. Though it's difficult at first, she finds the new lifestyle rewarding, with new faces and somewhat familiar places.

During this period, she takes an interest in the town's local doctor, who is kind yet reserved and provides the best care to all the townspeople, including the new girl.
