I'm Layla Bren. I'm 17 years old. I guess I'm a trouble maker. Maybe that's why I get sent to a new foster home almost every year. Yeah. I like to party and drink. I've seen kids my age do worse so what's the big deal??

I have long brown curly hair with blonde dip dye at the end. I have my lip pierced. I have brown eyes. I'm tan since I have some Spanish in me.

I switch high schools a lot. Not only because I move to different states but also because I get suspended for fighting other students. That's just my reputation.

I think the foster home I'm going to next is two parents with a daughter named Stephanie. She better not be a prefect little angel that does everything her parents tell her to do. That's so annoying. I heard she's 16. So we're in the same grade. As long I get my own room.

Will Layla fit in with her new foster family? Or will it all turn for the worst?
