With his only help being his best mate- a paramedic and his supervisor- an old man, tommy finds himself trying to stop the biggest criminal in the business.

All what Wilbur have wanted was a loving family unlike his current family, he was diagnosed from psychopathy and is still healing from it when he was then kidnapped by a group of "serial killers" that have been reported around the city killing and raiding houses. Tommy had gotten away from Dream in the canon universe, but in another Tommy was caught and turned into a living punching bag and, kinda, an experiment for Dream later on. He didn't expect Tommy to lose his emotions, the nervous system that told him when he was in pain, and even the will to carry on without Dream by his side. He didn't think that killing and reviving Tommy would affect him so much, but then again Dream wasn't complaining in the slightest. He finally had full control over Tommy, something he'd been craving since he first met the teen. He was not about to let his grip on the teen loosen.
