Louis and Harry: Are living with Tyler who is basically their adopted son. And are now married.

Tyler and Maxie: Have found each other again after their heart breaking ending. But, Tyler seems to have become pregnant.  Zachary and Jake: Are facing teenage years. Thus having to figure out their sexuality, together.
