MAYARI- anak ng buwan, Moon Goddess brief introduction: In the mythology of the Philippines, Mayari stands as one of the most radiant and unforgettable deities. Known as the goddess of the moon, night, beauty, and strength, she is celebrated across Tagalog and Kapampangan traditions as a symbol of resilience and grace. Mayari is described as the daughter of Bathala, the supreme god of creation, and a mortal woman, which gave her both divine power and a connection to humanity. source: https://mythlok.com/mayari/ This story is composed of Philippine folklore with a mix of a contemporary/modern kind of a story. ⊱༒︎ • ༒︎⊰ "Growing up as an orphan was like, totally hard, pero I made it work! I raised myself by myself, no drama. I loved traveling alone and just exploring the world, but I guess the universe had other plans for me." I was just walking normally when I saw this book near a kanal. Super sayang if it gets wet, right? So, I picked it up. The story was actually interesting, pero oh my gosh, the pages were missing! Hindi ko tuloy alam kung anong mangyayari sa ending. I was so focused on reading while walking that I didn't see the open drainage. And then... kaboom! I fell. It was so kadiri and painful, okay? I literally died feeling like a total disaster. But then, I opened my eyes. Wait, why am I in a bed that feels like five-star hotel quality? I sat up and touched my face. Still pretty! "Goodness Gracious! Why am I here... inside a book? Siguro destiny made it happen para i-pasok ako here ah," I checked my reflection sa mirror nearby and flipped my hair. Haba talaga ng hair ko! My life just went from tragic drainage accident to main character energy, real quick. This is so bongga! ❤︎❤︎❤︎ This story is written in both Tagalog and English. Read at your own risk.
