After the war with the LOV that had nearly succeeded in killing Katsuki Bakugo he left town for what he thought was for good for more reasons than one. But now two years later something is pulling him back to the place, the job and the people he thought he left behind. 

There's several reasons for his return but there's one particularly strong reason, Izuku Midoriya, but when Katsuki finds out Izuku is in a relationship he makes a decision to step in and soon discovers that wars of the heart are the most frightening ones to fight, with the most on the line that he's not willing to lose.
