In the age of bell bottoms and roller discos, the only thing on Frank Iero's mind is cigarettes and books. But that soon changes when his mother is diagnosed with lung cancer. 

They say that people make an entrance in our life when you need them most. The same can be said for Frank when he meets a young priest by the name of Gerard Way. 

But there's something incredibly strange and uncanny about Gerard. Will Frank figure it out before it's too late?

But, their differences don't keep them apart considering these strangers are forced into each other's lives when Gerard finds Frank attempting to commit suicide. And there's something physically wrong too - a figure that lurks in the smoke, fog, and shadows - a silhouette the deepest black he'd ever seen, the kind that brought an unsettling feeling to Frank's stomach, and really Frank's wasn't one to be overly twitchy about things like this, but from the moment he first met him, he could never shake the feeling that the figure was always following him.
