The moment when Grian saw Scar after he came home from work, he knew. Scar wasn't Scar anymore. He was replaced by an imposter. Grian had made it his mission to find where the real Scar is, make he's safe, and bring him back. Except it's hard to do that when everyone else around you believed that you have mental syndromes

Basically Grian has developed the mental syndrome called Capgras Delusion where they believe a person/people that they know were replaced by imposters.
