Who's the Villain now..?

The golden blond haired boy was being mistreated by the pro hero Dream, and he had thought of ways to get back at him for all the trauma and pain he had caused him.

The boy was kidnapped by the well known Villains in the city, the syndicates, the police and hero's couldn't catch them, they were know for that.
