I am writing poetry and short creative pieces to try and better understand myself. This is some of my darker poetry and should come with a word of caution.

CAUTION
There are themes of depression, anxiety, trauma and suicide in these pieces. They don't try to promote it I hope, these pieces are simply me putting my honest experiences and feelings into words.
If you need help I highly recommend finding a mental health professional that suits you and your struggles.

This is a collection of small pieces, I will add to it as each new piece is written. I can't guarantee there will be a clear continuity of the story between each part.

I have discovered that I have a lot of feelings and I never learned how to express them or understand them properly. This is my own honest and raw material.
